My Microtonal Tuner

This one is for musicians on most instruments.

https://rainbow-axolotl-9e0bdc.netlify.app/

You can use it as a handy simple tuner or you

can use it to export scales you built to use in your productions.

It has tuning systems from around the world and you can build your own.

I wanted to create the ultimate tuner you could ever want,

most versatile, great for educators and students alike.

Its a free webapp for the moment. but I eventually want try to release it on the Android

app stores and as a VST plugin for all the DAWs, but for now you’ll need to

export your scales as Scala files..scl or .tun files and use that on your instruments in your DAW.

You just need a synth like Vital or Surge XT which accept those files.

Angine de Poitrine seem to be everywhere lately, and I’m hoping it signals

a shift toward valuing originality over mass‑produced and generic AI music.

They use 24‑TET and is a great place to start. It’s one of the simplest microtonal

systems, with evenly divided intervals. Two notes for every 1 semi-tone degree.

Just click here and use in your browser.

First click ‘Start listening’ then allow your microphone then bring your instrument close to the laoptop mic

You can even create your own microtonal tuning systems by clicking on ‘build own scale"‘.

You can then download either a .scl file or a .tun file and use in your DAW or standalone instruments

like Surge XT, PianoTeq, ZynAddSubFX, Plogue chipsounds, Vital or Garritan Personal Orchestra 4.

These synths can load .scl files..

I’d really appreciate any feedback so I can improve future versions. Any help or advice would be great! Thanks!
